We can often feel that people surrounding us have expectations towards us. We are trying to be valuable, useful, beautiful and good for others with a compulsion to conform. As confronting these expectations our self-image can become quite distorted. Instead of seeing our real values, we see an image deformed by the criterias set up by others. For demonstrating this I show the distorted reflection of the brilliant.
